摘要
本文着重从金属钨靶的成型烧结工艺和轧制处理工艺两个角度来探讨金属钨靶的的综合性能,通过显微分析和性能测定来确定金属钨靶的最优工艺。
This paper focuses on the comprehensive performance of metal tungsten target sintering process and rolling process to explore the two point metal tungsten target, through microscopic analysis and performance test to determine the optimal process of metal tungsten target.
