根据技改的要求,要求新建选矿厂设备大型化、自动化、现代化。目前选矿厂磨浮车间设备小、系列多,势必要被淘汰新建。目前,西部矿业股份有限公司锡铁山分公司选矿厂的浮选流程分Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ系列为"铅优先浮选,锌硫混浮再分离流程"、Ⅳ系列为"铅、锌顺序优先浮选流程"。依据现场实际生产指标,本次对"铅优先浮选,锌硫混浮再分离流程"、"铅、锌顺序优先浮选流程"进行了综合比较。
