摘要
在中小学教师培训中,教师培训质量提升的关键在于教师培训需求的把握。从培训目标的需求、培训主题的需求、培训课程内容的需求、培训方式的需求、培训组织管理的需求、培训跟踪指导的需求等维度,结合教师培训实践工作,探讨如何既尊重培训需求,更引领培训需求,以提升培训质量。
In the primary and secondary school teacher training, the key to the improvement of teacher training quality lies in the understanding of the teacher training needs. Based on teacher training practice, this paper discusses how to respect and guide the training needs from the perspectives of the needs for the training objectives, topics,content, modes and organization so as to improve training quality.
