摘要
以采自吉林省露水河的野生网顶光柄菇(Pluteus umbrosus)为试材,对其进行了生物学特性和驯化栽培探究。结果表明:供试范围内网顶光柄菇菌丝的最适生长条件为pH 5.0,最适生长温度为25℃,最适碳源为可溶性淀粉,最适氮源为尿素和酵母浸粉。
Pluteus umbrosus strain which was collected from Lushui,Jilin province was used as material,biological characteristics and the artificial cultivation were reported.The results showed mycelia derived from the mushroom fruit body grew well on PDA medium when soluble starch served as the carbon source,carbamide and yeast extract fermentation was the nitrogen source,the growth medium was adjusted to pH 5.0 and 25 ℃.
