摘要
以甲酸和苯胺为原料,采用高温气相法合成了甲酰苯胺,考察了甲酸蒸气的通入速率、甲酸浓度、反应温度等工艺条件对反应的影响。结果表明,较佳的工艺条件为:甲酸蒸气的通入速率为0.6L/min;甲酸的浓度为78%;n(甲酸)∶n(苯胺)为2.0;反应温度135℃;锌粉的加入量为0.7%。在此条件下,产品纯度达99%以上,收率98%以上。
Formanilide was synthesized using formic acid and aniline by high temperature gas phase method. In this study, several factors, including the passing rate and concentration of formic acid, reaction temperature, molar ratio of starting material and the adding of zinc powder, were investigated.The results indicated that rate, 2: 1 loading of molar ratio of the bes formic a zinc. In this condition, t conditions were as follows: 78% formic acid with 6 L/min passing cid and aniline with a 135℃ reaction temperature, as well as 0.7% the product could be obtained with over 99% purity and 98% yield.
