Study on Oil Leakage of Oil Pipe Joint of Push Clutch Booster

离合器助力器为车辆离合器及时有效分离、啮合提供助力,是客车必不可少的零件之一。而离合器助力器油路发生泄漏会严重影响车辆离合效果,甚至造成车辆离合失效,带来交通事故。文章通过QC质量改善方法分析离合器助力器油管接头漏油问题真因,并提出有效对策,从而解决离合器助力器接头漏油问题,提升了车辆可靠性。

Clutch booster for vehicle clutch timely and effective separation and meshing to provide power, is one of the essential parts of the bus.The leakage of the clutch booster circuit will seriously affect vehicle clutch effect, and even result in vehicle clutch failure, resulting in traffic accidents.This paper analyzed the oil leakage problem of clutch booster oil pipe through QC quality improvement method, and put forward effective countermeasures to solve the problem of oil leakage in clutch booster, and improved the reliability of the vehicle.
