摘要
当前我国的制造业正在转型升级中,制造业对产品的精度要求越来越高。机械加工过程中,受到生产工艺和人为因素的影响,很容易产生加工误差,从而影响产品的质量。为确保产品的质量,在加工的时候,一定要控制加工精度,避免出现加工精度无法达到生产要求,给企业带来巨大的经济损失。文章主要分析了机械加工精度和误差、表面质量,对零件使用性能的影响以及机械加工精度的影响因素及其控制。
At present, China's manufacturing industry is in the transformation and upgrading, the manufacturing industry, the accuracy of the product requirements are getting higher and higher.Mechanical processing process, by the production process and the impact of human factors, it is easy to produce processing errors, thus affecting the quality of the product.To ensure the quality of the product, in the processing time, we must control the processing accuracy, to avoid the processing accuracy can not meet the production requirements, to the enterprise to bring huge economic losses.This paper mainly analyzed the influence of machining precision and error, the effect of surface quality on the performance of parts and the influence factors and control of machining precision.
