大部制改革后食品生产许可审查过程中存在的问题及改进对策

Problems and Improvement Countermeasures in the Process of Food Production License Examination after the Reform of Department

大部制改革旨在改变我国食品安全监管多部门分段监管、交叉执法的模式,但大部制改革后,食品生产许可审查过程中出现了一些新的问题和挑战。文章主要从食品生产许可审查机构、基层监管机构、检验机构、食品生产企业等四个方面存在的问题进行分析,并提出相应的改进对策,以利于食品生产许可审查工作更好的开展。

The big department system reform aimed at changing the departments of food safety supervision in China sub regulation, cross law enforcement mode, but most of the reform, there have been some new problems and challenges of the food production license review process.This paper analyzed the existing problems from four aspects of food production license review agencies, grassroots regulatory agencies,inspection agencies,food production enterprises, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures, in order to better carry out the work of food production license review.
