A Brief Talk on the Strategy and Culture of Enterprise Development

企业的良好发展与我国国民经济发展有着密切的联系,其对推动社会发展发挥重要作用。当前我国经济社会与以往相比更加激励,企业要想在激励的市场竞争中占有一席之地,增强企业的核心竞争力是关键,那么何为核心竞争力,其中,企业文化的建设与企业发展战略是企业的生命力,其与企业的发展有着直接联系。文章首先阐述了企业文化的含义及功能、企业发展战略的特点,分析了企业文化对企业发展战略的影响,并就如何建立支持企业发展战略的企业文化进行探讨,以此使企业核心竞争力得到提升,为企业在激烈的市场竞争中占有一席之地而奠定基础。

The good development of enterprises is closely linked with the development of national economy, and plays an important role in promoting social development. Compared with the past, the economic and social in China is more incentive, enterprises want to play a role in the market competition, to enhance the core competitiveness is the key, so what is the core competitiveness, the construction of enterprise culture and enterprise development strategy is the vitality of the enterprise, and it has direct contact with the development of the enterprise.This paper first expounded the meaning and function of enterprise culture,the characteristics of enterprise development strategy,analyzed the influence of enterprise culture on enterprise development strategy, and discussed how to establish enterprise culture supporting enterprise development strategy, so as to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprises and lay the foundation for enterprises in the fierce market competition.
