摘要
新经济体制下,全球化推动着越来越多的国内公司"走出去",也有越来越多的国外公司"走进来"。全球化背景改变人口流动和资本流动,这样导致企业招收的员工也来自世界各地,有不同的语言环境、不同的文化和价值观。员工全球化的环境下,企业的管理沟通工作变得更加复杂、更加不确定性。文章对全球员工视角下的管理沟通工作进行理论分析并结合实证给出如何简化和稳定基于全球员工视角下管理沟通工作的建议。
With the new economic system, globalization has driven more and more foreign companies "come in".The background of globalization c companies to recruit employees from all over the world, with different and more domestic companies to "go out" ,and more hanges the labor flows and capital flows,which leads language environment, cultures and values.As a result, the management of business communication has become more complex and more uncertain.This paper gave a theoretical analysis of the management communication from the perspective of global employees and gave a demonstration of how to simplify and stabilize it.
