后整理对丙纶针刺非织造材料表观与孔隙结构的影响 被引量:2

摘要 选取3种以不同线密度和配比的丙纶纤维原料制备的针刺非织造布试样进行烧毛和烧毛-轧光整理,并对未整理、烧毛整理和烧毛-轧光整理的试样的表观形态、孔径及透气性进行测试评价.结果表明:丙纶针刺非织造材料的表面经烧毛整理后会有熔融固结点,这种熔融固结点经轧光后会被压平铺展,造成孔隙的堵塞;经烧毛整理的丙纶针刺非织造布的孔径分布会变宽,而经烧毛-轧光整理的丙纶针刺非织造布的孔径分布会变得集中;经烧毛整理后试样的透气量与未整理的相比变化不大,而烧毛-轧光整理后试样的透气量与未整理的相比则下降了15%以上. Three different linear density and ratio of polypropylene fibers of needle-punched non-woven fabrics were selected and treated by singeing and singeing with calendaring process. Then the surface structure, pore size and permeability of the samples were tested. The results show that, after singeing, the surface has melt consolidation points, these points will be flattened after calendaring finishing, resulting in the blockage of pores; the pore size distribution of samples become wider after singeing finishing, butit becomes concentrated after singeing with calendaring finishing; the air permeability of the samples have small changes compared to the unfinished, and the air permeability of samples after singeing with calendaring finishing decrease more than 15 % compared to the unfinished.
