摘要
本文通过67例大动脉炎患者的HLA分型并经特定的数理统计分析,发现该病与A_(10);B_5;DR,等HLA抗原显著关联(Pc<0.050),并预示该病的遗传基因与HLA-DR_7-DQw_3等特定的单倍型呈显著连锁不平衡(Pc<0.010),进而阐明了该病的免疫遗传基础。
By HLA typing of 67 patients with aorto-arte ritis, it was found that the disease was associated with A_(1(?)), B_(?) and DR_7 HLA antigen (Pc>0.05) and the gene of which was shown to have linkage disequilibrium (Pc<0.01) with HLA DR_7-DQ_(ws) specific haplotype. The results provide data for the immunogenetic basis of the disease.
