为了实现汽车轻量化,汽车覆盖件正在使用铝合金材料逐步代替钢板材料,由于材料属性的影响,冲制铝合金材料的模具与冲制钢板材料的模具在设计参数上存在一定的区别。结合实际生产过程中的经验总结,介绍了冲制铝合金的修边模与冲制钢板材料的模具的不同之处。

In order to realize the lightweight of automobile, the aluminum alloy material is replacing the steel plate material gradually. Because of the influence of material properties, there are some differences in the design parameters of the die between punching aluminum alloy material and punching steel plate material. Combined with the experience of the actual production process, the difference between the trimming die of punching steel plate material and punching aluminum alloy is described.
