摘要
对定模板数控加工工艺进行了详细分析,结合工艺经验,优化定模板的加工工艺参数及走刀路线。结合NX软件在模具零件加工方面的强大功能,重点研究定模板在编程设计中零件加工精度的控制方法。通过对定模板生产工艺的合理选择、对模具刀具的有效控制、对加工工序的正确创建,提高了定模板零件的数控编程效率和加工精度。
Through the detailed analysis of the NC machining process of the fixed mold plate, optimization of machining parameters and tool path in combination with process experience, combined with the powerful function of NX software in mold parts processing, Focusing on the control method of parts machining accuracy in programming design.
