中职技工院校建立模具“世赛班”技能竞赛训练机制的分析

Analysis of the Establishment of "World Competition Class" Mold Skills Training Mechanism for Vocational Technical Colleges

以湖南工贸技师学院模具专业技能竞赛训练机制为例,分析了训练方式、技术技能、教练队伍等存在的问题,总结了世赛班人才培养、训练机制、交流机制的优秀经验,又从软硬件多方面探讨了改善"世赛班"训练机制的策略与方向。

This paper took the mold professional skills competition training mechanism of Hunan industry and trade technician college as an example,analyzed the problems of training methods, technical skills and coaches,summarized the outstanding experience of the world competition class in the aspects of personnel training, training mechanism and communication mechanism,explored the strategy and direction to improve the training mechanism of the ＂world class＂ from many aspects of hardware and software and so on.
