摘要
对一种南海海绵Hyrtios sp.的化学成分进行了研究。利用正相硅胶柱色谱、ODS柱色谱以及高效液相色谱等多种现代分离手段对南海海绵Hyrtios sp.二氯甲烷萃取层的化学成分进行分离纯化得到7个化合物,通过理化性质和波谱数据确定这些化合物结构依次为smenospongimine(1)、smenospongiarine(2)、sesquiter-penylamyl-amino-hydroxy-quinone(3)、smenospongidine(4)、dictyoceratin C(5)、dictyoceratin A(6)和polyfibrospongol A(7)。化合物1,2,3,4,5,6,7均为首次从该属海绵中分离得到。
To investigate the secondary metabolites from the marine sponge Hyrtios sp. of South China Sea, seven compounds were isolated from the dichloromethane extraction of Hyrtios sp. by Silica gel, ODS and HPLC. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis and comparison with the literature as smenospongimine ( 1 ), smenospongiarine ( 2 ), sesquiter-penyl-amyl-amino-hydroxy-quinone (3), smenospongidine (4), dictyoceratin C (5), dictyoceratin A (6) and polyfibrospongol A (7), respectively. Compounds 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 were isolated from the genus of Hyrtios for the first time.
