中医分期辨证结合外治法治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效观察

Observation of Clinical Effect of the Treatment of Infantile Pneumonia with TCM Staging Syndrome Differentiation Combined with External Treatment

目的:观察中医分期辩证结合外治法治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效。方法:入选2014年2月~2017年2月的肺炎患儿300例,随机分成对照组与观察组,各150例。对照组应用常规治疗,观察组采用中医分期辩证结合外治法治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果:观察组治疗总的有效率为93.3%,明显高于对照组治疗总的有效率70.0%,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05);观察组患儿的咳嗽消失时间,肺部湿罗音消失时间和体温恢复正常时间均较对照组短,差异有统计学的意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医分期辩证结合外治法治疗小儿肺炎的临床疗效较好,能有效改善患儿的症状,值得在临床中广泛应用。

Objective：To observe the clinical effect of TCM staging syndrome differentiation combined with external treatment on infantile pneumonia.Methods：300cases of children patients with pneumonia in a hospital from February 2014 to February 2017 were selected and randomly divided into control group and observation group,each with a total of 150 cases.The control group was treated with conventional therapy,while the observation group was treated with TCM staging syndrome differentiation combined with external treatment.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results：The total effective rate of the observation group was 93.3%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The cough disappearance time,pulmonary rales disappearance time and the temperature recovery time of the patients in the observation group was shorter than the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical curative effect of TCM staging syndrome differentiation combined with external treatment for children with pneumonia is better,and it can effectively improve the symptoms of children,it is worthy of wide application in clinic.
