中医治疗胃溃疡对患者不良反应和疗效影响分析

The Adverse Reactions and Curative Effect Analysis of Treatment of Patients with Gastric Ulcer with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的:研究中医治疗胃溃疡对患者不良反应和疗效的影响。方法:选取2015年8月~2016年8月收治的68例胃溃疡患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为两组,给予对照组患者西医治疗,给予观察组患者中医治疗,对比两组临床疗效。结果:观察组临床治疗总有效率为88.24%,显著高于对照组的61.76%,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组临床症状积分与溃疡面积显著优于对照组,差异显著(P<0.05);观察组患者的不良反应发生率为0%,显著低于对照组的14.71%,差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:中医治疗胃溃疡有利于降低患者不良反应发生率,将其临床疗效提高,值得广泛推广。

Objective：To study the adverse reactions and curative effect of the treatment of patients with gastric ulcer with Traditional Chinese Medicine.Methods：68patients with gastric ulcer patients treated in a hospital from August 2015 to August 2016 were selected as the research object,and they were divided into two groups with the random number table method.The patients in the control group were given western medicine treatment,and the patients in the observation group were given TCM treatment,then compared clinical curative effect of the two groups.Results：The total effective rate of clinical treatment of the observation group was 88.24%,which was significantly higher than 61.76% of the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The clinical symptom and ulcer area of the observation group were significantly better than the control group,the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions in the observed group was 0%,which was significantly lower than the 14.71% of the control group,and the difference was significant（P 0.05）.Conclusion：The treatment of gastric ulcer with traditional Chinese medicine is helpful to reduce the incidence of adverse reactions in patients and improve the clinical effect,and it is worthy of widely promoting.
