达英-35联合二甲双胍治疗多囊卵巢综合征的疗效探讨

To Investigate the Curative Effect of Diane-35 Combined with Metformin in Treatment of Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

目的:分析达英-35与二甲双胍联合应用于多囊卵巢综合征治疗的临床效果。方法:随机抽选某院2015年3月~2016年4月收治的多囊卵巢综合征患者70例,分为对照组与治疗组,对照组患者在月经第5d开始行达英-35治疗,治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上联合二甲双胍治疗,观察两组患者治疗后的临床疗效。结果:治疗90d后,两组患者体重、LH、LDL-C、痤疮评分、T等方面均降低,其中治疗组改善效果更为明显,且治疗组患者血糖指数以及胰岛素抵抗指数均有所降低,两组患者停止用药后均出现撤退性出血、月经量与月经周期恢复正常,治疗组总有效率88.6%明显高于对照组总有效率68.6%,比较两者差异具有一定的显著性(P<0.05)。结论:达英-35与二甲双胍联合应用于多囊卵巢综合征治疗在一定程度上具有显著的临床效果。

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of diane-35 combined metformin in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome.Methods：70patients with polycystic ovary syndrome were selected randomly and divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group.Patients in the control group from the 5th day menstruation took diane-35（compound cyproterone acetate tablets）.Patients in the treatment group were given metformin treatment on the basis of the treatment of the control group.The clinical efficacy of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results：After 90 days of treatment,body weight,LH,LDL-C,acne score,T,etc.of patients in the two groups of patients were reduced.The improvement effect was more obvious in the treatment group,and the blood glucose index and insulin resistance index were decreased in the treatment group.the two groups of patients after stopping the treatment had withdrawal bleeding,menstrual volume and cycle returned to normal.The total effect of 88.6% of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of 68.6% of control group.The difference between the two groups was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Diane-35 combined with metformin in treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome has a significant clinical effect in a certain degree.
