麝香保心丸联合前列地尔治疗老年性慢性心力衰竭疗效观察

An observation on Curative Effect of Heartprotect Musk Pill Combined with Alprostadil Injection on Senile Chronic Heart Failure

目的:观察麝香保心丸联合前列地尔注射液治疗老年性慢性心力衰竭的疗效。方法:将入选的86例老年性慢性心力衰竭随机分为对照组及治疗组。在相关心衰治疗药物基准上加用麝香保心丸,列为治疗组,每次2丸,每日3次;前列地尔注射液(西安立邦制药有限公司)10ug,1次/日,连续应用14d。比较两组前后症状(生活质量)、体征、心功能[超声心动图左室射血分数(LVEF)、心搏出量(CO)、左室舒张末期内经(LVEDD)、左室收缩末期内经(LVESD)、左室舒张末期容积(LVEDV)]、血清NT-ProBNP水平的变化。结果:治疗组患者治疗后心功能有显著改善(P<0.05)。在心衰病人的CO及LVEF水平(P<0.05)上有明显效果,并对于患者的LVEDD、LVESD、LVESV(P<0.05)有明显下降;治疗组总有效率较对照组明显改善,具有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:在常规药物治疗心衰的基础上应用麝香保心丸联合前列地尔注射液治疗老年性慢性心力衰竭能明显改善患者心功能,提高患者生活质量,延长患者寿命,安全性高,不良反应少。

Objective：To observe the curative effect of the combination of musk baoxin pill and Alprostadil injection on the treatment of senile chronic heart failure.Methods：86 patients with chronic heart failure were randomly assigned to control group and treatment group.We mainly develop heart failure medication in control group.Based on relevant heart failure medicine,we applied heartprotect musk pill,and the group was defined as treatment group,2 pills each time,t.I.d.10 ug of Alprostadil Injection（xi＇an libang pharmaceutical co.,LTD.）,q.d.,continuous application for 14 days.Compare symptoms（quality of life）,signs and cardiac function echocardiographic left ventricular ejection fraction（LVEF）and cardiac output（CO）,left ventricular end-diastolic Canon（LVEDD）,left ventricular end systolic Canon（LVESD）,left ventricular end-diastolic volume（LVEDV）],the change of serum NT-Pro-BNP level of the two groups before and after treatment.Results：The cardiac function of the treatment group was significantly improved（P〈0.05）.it was significantly effective to patients with heart failure in the level of CO and LVEF（P〈0.05）,there was a significant decrease in LVEDD,LVESD,LVESV（P〈0.05）.The total effectiveness of the treatment group was significantly improved compared to that in the control group,which was significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：To treat patients with heart failure with heartprotect musk pill combined with Alprostadil Injection on the basis of conventional medicine,can significantly improve cardiac function,improve the life quality of patients and prolong the life of patients,it is safe and there would be less adverse reaction.It is an effective measure to treat chronic heart failure.
