谷胱甘肽滴眼液治疗白内障的应用与可行性分析

The Application and Feasibility Analysis of Glutathione Eye Drops in Cataract Treatment

目的:探讨白内障患者应用谷胱甘肽滴眼液治疗的效果以及可行性。方法:从某院于2014年1月~2016年8月间收治的白内障患者中,选择96例作为本次研究对象,并通过电脑随机方式,将纳入的96例患者随机分成两组,其中常规组48例患者采用常规治疗措施,研究组48例在常规治疗措施之上,给予谷胱甘肽滴眼液进行治疗,对比两组患者临床治疗效果以及不良反应发生率。结果:两组患者经过治疗后,研究组临床治疗效率为91.66%,常规组临床治疗效率为75%,组间数据对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05);不良反应发生率方面,研究组为2.08%,常规组为14.58%,两组结果对比,差异显著(P<0.05),存在统计学意义。结论:临床治疗白内障患者应用谷胱甘肽滴眼液,临床疗效确切、可靠,不良反应发生率低,可作为临床治疗白内障患者的首选方法,具备临床推广价值。

Objective：To investigate the effect and feasibility of Glutathione Eye Drops in cataract patients.Methods：96cases of patients with cataract treated in a hospital from January 2014 to August 2016 were selected as research objects,and divided the 96 patients into two groups through the computer random method.Among them,the normal group with 48 cases were treated by routine treatment,and the 48 cases in the research group were given glutathion eye drops on the basis of routine treatment,and compared the clinical curative effect and adverse reaction of the two groups of patients.Results：After treatment,the clinical treatment efficiency of the research group was 91.66%,and that of the control group was 75%,and the comparison data between group had statistically significant（P〈0.05）.The incidence of adverse reactions of the research group was 2.08%;and that of the regular group was 14.58%,The results of the two groups were significantly different and there was statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The clinical application of Glutathione Eye Drops in the treatment of cataract patients is accurate and reliable,and the incidence of adverse reactions is low.It can be used as the preferred method for the treatment of cataract patients.It has clinical value.
