脊柱结核外科手术治疗进展研究

Treatment Progress Research on Spinal Tuberculosis Surgery

随着人口流动程度不断增大、耐药结核菌株的存在以及广泛传播,结核的临床患病率近年来呈现逐年升高的变化态势。结核病逐渐变成危害人类生命健康的一大影响因素,对人们的生命健康产生极大的威胁与损伤。在各种结核疾病之中,骨、关节部位结核患者约为结核总发病人数的3%左右,在肺外结核中占据首位。脊柱结核以胸腰椎发病最为常见,绝大多数属于椎体结核。对于大部分脊柱结核患者而言,其体质较弱、治疗疗程长、难度较大,严重者还会导致脊柱变形,因此应该注重对其进行治疗。本研究主要对脊柱结核外科手术治疗的相关进展情况进行综述,旨在为脊柱结核的临床治疗提供切实可行的依据。

With the increase of migration movement,as well as the existence and widespread prevalence of resistant TB strains,the clinical prevalence rate of tuberculosis has been increasing year by year.TB has become a major influencing factor that affects human life and health,which is a great threat and damage both to people＇s life and health.Among various tuberculosis,bone and joints tuberculosis occupies about 3% of the total number of TB patients,which takes the first place in extrapulmonary tuberculosis.Thoracolumbar incidence is commonly found in spinal tuberculosis,most of which are vertebral tuberculosis.For most spinal tuberculosis patients,their physique is relatively weak and may suffer a long course of treatment and a cineon converter,some severe patients even suffur deformation of spine,therefore we should pay attention to their treatment.This study mainly reviews the associated progress of surgical treatment on spinal tuberculosis,thus to provide practical basis for clinical treatment of spinal tuberculosis.
