老龄化背景下医疗卫生体系构建现状及思考

Construction Current Situation and Consideration of Medical and Health System in the Context of Aging

随着我国人口老龄化程度不断深化,老年人群的医疗卫生需求也在不断增加。因为老年人的生理机能衰退,健康水平降低,使得患病率及人均医疗费用均高于年轻人。因此,如何保障老年人群的医疗服务需要,为其提供有效、快捷的医疗保健服务,改善其健康水平,提高生活质量,实现"老有所医"的目标,成为我国医疗工作所面临的巨大难题。本研究探讨人口老龄化背景下,医疗卫生体系的构建现状及未来发展趋势,思考如何满足日益增长的老年卫生服务需求,以及过程中可能出现的问题,并提出医疗卫生服务体系建设的对策建议。

With the deepening of the aging population in China,the medical and health needs of the elderly are also increasing.Because of the decline of physiological function and the decrease of health,the prevalence rate and per capita medical expenditure are higher than those of young people.Therefore,how to guarantee the elderly people＇s health service need,provide effective and rapid care services for the improvement of the health service level,improve the quality of life,realize the goal of ＂ medical care＂,has become a huge problem facing China＇s medical work.The research is to investigate construction status and future development trend of the health system under the background of aging population and to think about how to meet the growing demand of health service for the elderly,and possible problems in the process,and put forward the countermeasures and suggestions on the construction of medical and health service system.
