分析手术室整体护理对肿瘤患者心理情绪及预后的影响

Analysis of the Effect of Operating Room Nursing on Tumor Patients Psychological Mood and the Prognostic

目的:探究手术室整体护理对肿瘤患者心理情绪及预后的影响。方法:选取某院2015年5月~2016年5月收治的42例肿瘤患者作为研究对象,分成对照组和观察组,每组各21例,对照组采用常规的护理方法,而观察组则是采用整体护理法,经过治疗对比分析两组疗效。结果:经过治疗后,观察组HAMD和HAMA评分明显都低于对照组,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:手术室实施整体护理,能有效管理肿瘤患者心理状态和情绪,有助于改善患者的术后情况,此护理法值得推广使用。

Objective：To investigate the Effect of operating room nursing on tumor patients psychological mood and the prognostic.Methods：42 cases of tumor patients treated in a hospital from May 2015 to May 2016 were selected as the research object and they were divided into control group and observation group,each group 21 cases.Patients in the control group were given conventional methods of nursing,and patients in the observation group were given overall nursing method.After treatment,compared curative effect of the two groups.Results：After treatment,the observation group of HAMA and HAMD scores were significantly lower than that of the control group,and it had statistical significance（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Overall nursing implemented by the operating room can effectively manage psychological state and mood of tumor patients,help to improve the patient＇s postoperative situation,value,promote the use of this treatment method.
