风险护理管理在应用手术室护理质量管理中临床价值分析

Clinical Value Analysis of the Application of Risk Nursing Management in the Quality Management of the Operating Room

目的:评估风险护理管理在手术室护理质量管理中的临床价值。方法:选取2014年6月~2016年7月某院接收的164例手术患者,以不同干预方法为依据分组:研究组82例行风险护理管理,参照组82例行常规护理管理,比对两组临床护理结果。结果:研究组满意率96.34%,护理风险发生率2.44%;参照组满意率81.71%,护理风险发生率19.51%,(P<0.05),两组护理质量评分比对,P<0.05。结论:手术室对手术室患者行风险护理管理,可在改善病例护理满意率的基础上,提升护理质量。

Objective：To evaluate the clinical value of risk nursing management in nursing room quality management.Methods：A total of 164 patients accepted in a hospital from June 2014 to July 2016 were selected.The patients were divided into two groups according to the different intervention methods：82 patients in the research group were given risk nursing management,82 patients in the reference group were given routine nursing management,clinical care results of the two groups were compared.Results：The satisfaction rate of the research group was 96.34%,and the incidence of nursing risk was 2.44%,and the reference group was 81.71% and 19.51%（P〈0.05）.There was significant difference（P〈0.05） between the two groups.Conclusion：The operation room makes risk nursing management of patients in the operating room can improve the quality of care on the basis of improving the satisfaction rate of patients.
