全程优质护理干预对消化道出血消化内镜治疗后再出血的影响

Effect of Whole Course High Quality Nursing Intervention on Re-bleeding after Endoscopic Treatment of Digestive Tract Hemorrhage

目的:分析全程优质护理干预对消化道出血(HODT)消化内镜治疗后再出血的影响。方法:某院2014年9月~2016年10月78例消化内镜治疗的消化道出血患者,随机数字表法分为两组,对照组39例实施常规护理干预,观察组39例实施全程优质护理干预,对比两组再出血率。结果:观察组再出血率5.13%(2/39)与对照组20.51%(8/39)相比,明显较低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与干预前相比,两组干预后SAS评分均降低,且观察组降低幅度大于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:全程优质护理干预能够减少消化内镜治疗后消化道再出血事件发生。

Objective：To analyze the effect of whole course high quality nursing intervention on re-bleeding after endoscopic treatment of the hemorrhage of digestive tract（HODT）.Methods：78cases of patients with HODT treated with endoscopic treatment in a hospital from September 2014 to October 2016 were selected and divided into two groups with random number table.39 cases in the control group were given routine nursing,and 39 cases in the observation group were given high quality nursing intervention,and compared the re-bleeding rate of the two groups.Results：The rate of re-bleeding of observation group was 5.13%（2/39）,compared with control group 20.51%（8/39）,it was significantly lower,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;compared with that before intervention,the SAS scores of the two groups were all decreased,and the observation group was lower than the control group.The difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Whole course quality nursing intervention can reduce the incidence of gastrointestinal re-bleeding after endoscopic treatment.
