工程总承包方式是较为适应装配式建筑工程项目特点的承发包模式,有利于形成统一利益主体,实现技术系统集成和管理高效协同,体现装配式建造的综合优势。论文阐述了工程总承包的政策环境,探讨了北京市发展装配式建筑工程总承包的组织机构、计价方式、资质管理等方面的问题,并提出了针对性的政策建议。

Project general contracting is the more appropriate choice of contracting mode for prefabricated buildings. Apply this pattern wiU be beneficial to form one stakeholder, carry out technology integration and management collaboration, reflect the comprehensive advantages of prefabricated buildings. This paper has summarized the policy environment of project general contracting, discussed the organization problem, valuation way, qualification management of prefabricated building in Beijing, and advanced some pertinent policy suggestions.
