摘要
采用有限元计算软件SAP2000对450t钢锭翻身坑基础进行了振动计算,清晰地显示了瞬时巨大冲击荷载引起的振动时程响应。通过对3种翻身坑基础方案计算结果的对比分析,参考《动力机器基础设计规范》的振动控制标准选择了合适的基础方案,达到了减振的目的。
General analysis software SAP2000 has been used to carry on the vibration computation of the turning over pit foundation for 450 ton steel ingot. The time history response caused by transient huge impact load has been revealed clearly. Three kinds of plan for turning over pit foundation are compared. So the appropriate antivibration foundation plan has been adopted by the"Code for Design o f Dynamic machine Foundation".
