作为无砟轨道工程施工重点和难点,无砟道床施工质量直接影响着整个无砟轨道系统的总体质量。论文结合马来西亚吉隆坡安邦轻轨延伸线无砟轨道施工实例,简要介绍了长钢轨直铺法道床施工流程,着重阐述了无砟道床施工的关键点和质量控制措施。

As the most important and difficult part for the ballastless track construction, the quality ofballstless track plinth influences the overall quality of the whole track system directly. Based on the construction practice ofAmpang LRT Line Extension Project in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, the key technologies and quality control measures of long rail laying-directly method are elaborated emphatically, and the construction process is also briefly introduced.
