腰椎融合术后邻近节段退变的研究进展 被引量:9

摘要 腰椎融合术因其手术效果好、并发症少被广泛应用于治疗多种腰椎退行性疾病,但融合手术改变了脊柱生物力学,可能加快邻近节段的退变。腰椎邻近节段退变(ASD)是指腰椎融合术后与融合节段相邻的非融合节段出现退行性改变,可能导致患者腰腿痛症状再发,影响融合术后的远期疗效,部分患者需再手术。ASD的诊断标准不统一,
