细长轴零件激光熔覆修复过程温度场数值模拟及变形研究 被引量:3

摘要 以细长阶梯轴为研究对象,提出了一种全新的轴类零件建模和网格划分方法。通过数值模拟研究了阶梯轴的温度场分布、应力场分布及轴的变形结果。根据关键节点的温度变化规律,验证了激光熔覆加工能量密度集中,热影响区域小的特点。分析了细长轴在激光熔覆过程中变形的原因,结果表明约束对热变形的抑制有很好的作用。对实际工程应用有重要的指导意义。 A new model of shaft part modeling and meshing is proposed The temperature field distribution, the stress field distribution and the deformation results of the shaft are studied by numerical simulation. According to the law of temperature change of key nodes, it is proved that the energy density of laser cladding is concentrated and the heat affected zone is small. The reason of the deformation of the slender shaft in the laser cladding process is analyzed The results show that the constraint has a good effect on the inhibition of thermal deformation. On the practical application of engineering has important guiding significance.
