摘要
对烃类转化炉下猪尾管的破裂原因进行了分析,分析指出:炉管的下尾管开裂原因为应力腐蚀导致的蠕变裂纹。由于缺陷的存在,大大降低了晶粒间的结合力,是炉管开裂,造成泄漏的主要原因。
Experiments and analyses on hydrocarbon conversion rupture furnace down tail tube analysis points out that the furnace tube tail pipe cracking is stress corrosion caused by creep crack.Because of the existence of defects, the bonding force between the grains is greatly reduced, which is the main cause of the cracks in the furnace tubes.
