摘要
抽油机井偏磨是影响油田生产不可忽视的、必须解决的问题,从摩擦的基础知识出发,结合抽油泵的工作原理,分析抽油机井生产过程中杆管承受力的变化趋势,找出杆管发生偏磨的根本原因。针对偏磨原因提出一系列的治理办法,有效地缓解抽油机井偏磨问题,对于提高抽油机井管理指标、缩短躺井时间、增加油井产量有较大的帮助。
The partial grinding of pumping wells is an important problem that can not be neglected in the production of oilfield. Based on the basic knowledge of friction and the working principle of pumping pump, the trend of rod bearing capacity in pumping production is analyzed. The root cause of partial wear of the rod. It is helpful to improve the pumping well management index, shorten the laying time and increase the oil well production, so as to effectively alleviate the partial grinding problem of the pumping unit.
