摘要
简要介绍了石墨烯的结构与性质,并对石墨烯在微电子、超级电容器、光学、燃料电池以及涂料等领域的应用做了重点阐述。最后对石墨烯在各个领域中的应用及出现的问题进行总结,同时指出石墨烯在今后的发展方向,并对石墨烯的研究前景做出展望。
This paper briefly introduces the structure and properties of graphene, and focuses on the application of graphene in microelectronics, supercapaeitors, optics, fuel cells, coatings and other fields.Finally, the application and problems of graphene in various fields are summarized, and the future development of graphene is pointed out, and the prospect ofgrapbene research is prospected.
