从调整工艺运行参数出发,介绍了一些催化裂化装置提高汽油辛烷值的方法,并在120万t/a催化裂化装置进行了工业试验,根据装置运行实际条件,摸索出最佳的操作参数,同时,列举出该装置提高辛烷值所存在的困难,以及下一步的计划和措施。
Based on the adjustment of process parameters, some methods of improving the octane number of gasoline were introduced.The industrial test was carried out in 1.2 million tons of catalytic cracking unit.According to the actual conditions of operation, the optimum operating parameters were worked out, At the same time, the list of the device to improve the octane value of the difficulties, as well as the next plan and measures.
