摘要
天然气化工生产过程中,利用天然气作为原料,生产乙二醇产品。采取乙烯合成法、甲醇甲醛合成法和合成气的合成方法,均能够得到乙二醇。通过对天然气制乙二醇工艺方法的研究,合理控制各个生产工艺技术措施,获得更高的乙二醇收率,满足乙二醇生产的要求。
Natural gas chemical production process, the use of natural gas as raw materials, the production of ethylene glycol products.Ethylene glycol can be obtained by the method of synthesis of ethylene, methanol formaldehyde synthesis and synthesis gas.Through the natural gas system of ethylene glycol process research, reasonable control of various production process technology measures to obtain higher ethylene glycol yield, to meet the requirements of ethylene glycol production.
