摘要
基于接枝共聚技术制备出一种兼备吸湿保水和黏结功能的复合型环保抑尘剂。反应基体为海藻酸钠,单体为丙烯酰胺,引发剂为过硫酸铵,交联剂为N,N’-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺。利用单因素实验确定了各组分用量,最后对产物的吸水性和黏结粉尘能力进行了实验探究。
In this paper, based on the fabrication of a graft copolymerization with hygroscopic water interdisciplinary environmental dust suppression agent and binding functions.Reaction substrate for sodium alginate, for acrylamide monomer, initiator for ammonium sulfate, crosslinking agent for N, N '-methylene double acrylamide.Using single factor experiment to determine the dosage of components, finally, the result of experiments have been carded out to explore water imbibition and cohesive dust capacity.
