铝电解高温烟气余热的实践利用分析

摘要 铝电解生产过程中,电解槽内的高温烟气在进入烟气净化系统时,温度可达85~120℃,此部分烟气通过烟管排空,使热量在无形中浪费。通过加装余热回收换热装置,高温烟气与一次热媒进行热交换,利用一次热媒的温度自动调节、输出热量控制等功能,将热量传递至采暖用户。由于电解烟气的排出是伴随着电解槽24h生产的,因此,所提供的热量完全可以满足全厂生活用热。 During the process of aluminum electrolysis, the high temperature flue gas in the electrolytic cell enters the flue gas purification system, the temperature can reach 85-120 ℃, this part of the flue gas through the pipe emptying, so that the heat in the waste.Through the installation of waste heat recovery heat exchanger, high temperature flue gas and a heat medium for heat exchange, the use of a heat medium temperature automatically adjust the output heat control and other functions, the heat transfer to the heating user.As the discharge of electrolytic flue gas is accompanied by the production of electrolysis 24h, therefore, the heat provided by the whole plant to meet the heat.
