摘要
二战后日本许多企业勇于直面国内、国际形势的变化,积极展开国际经营战略,并积累了很多成功的经验。本文将从对外直接投资的增长、原因、以及跨国经营战略等三方面对日本企业的国际化进行探讨。
After the World War II, many enterprices in Japan are facing bravely to the changing of domestic and international situation, carrying out international management strategy actively, and so having accumulated a wealth of experience. This away researches the growing of the direct foreign investment, cause and transnational management strategy which internationalize enterprices in Japan.
