摘要
忽视公众及企业的参与,或将标准化简单地移植到公共设施设计难以满足公众对城市精细化生活的需求。倡导以服务为核心,通过文献分析和田野调查,从利益相关者角度构建公共设施设计的服务标准化维度:使用者服务标准化、企业服务标准化、管理服务标准化,推动公共设施设计研究从政府管理视角向利益相关者需求系统的转变。
It is more than challenging to fulfill the needs of the public for a refined urban life while ignoring the participation of the public and enterprises, or simply transforming the design of public facilities from standardization. Through literature review and field study, this paper proposes a service-centered approach from the stakeholders' perspectives to suggest different dimensions of service standardization for users, enterprises, and management in the design of public facilities. The paper also advocates a shift in the design research of public facilities from the managerial perspective of the government to the needs system of the stakeholders.
