摘要
为探究三维动画技术在重型机械产品工作仿真中的实际应用,在分析研究三维动画仿真原理基础上,针对DTR2005H全套管全回转钻机钢管柱垂直插入施工工法,设计出了一套适合钻机施工工法动画仿真的思路和流程。研究了钻机施工工法动画设计制作的流程和关键技术,将动画仿真过程分为前期规划、中期制作和后期合成三大阶段,以3ds max软件为核心,综合运用多种软件,探索出了一套效果良好并切实可行的钻机施工工法三维动画仿真制作流程。解决了钻机施工工法动画仿真面临的现实问题,为相关机械产品动画设计与制作提供了案例启发和技术示范。
In order to research the application of 3D animation technology in heavy industry construction, analyzing the simulation principle of 3D animation, aiming at the problems in the construction process of heavy industry products, taking the steel pipe column vertical insertion construction technology of DTR2005H full casing rotary drilling machine as design example, a set of drilling construction method of animation idea and flow chart is designed. The process and key technology of animation design and production of the construction method ofdriUing machine is studied, the simulation process is divided into three phases such as prophase planning, medium-term production and post synthesis. A set of practical and feasible 3D animation production process has been explored based on the software of 3ds max. It solved the practical problems faced by the animation of the drilling machine construction method, and it provided the inspiration and technology demonstration for the foUow-up of the related mechanical product animation.
