摘要
在巧克力调温机工作过程中,为了确保在巧克力浆料降温过程中能达到精确的结晶温度,文章研究了一种数字智能控温混水装置,产生温度可调节、控温精准的恒温水用于巧克力调温机中。该装置将步进电机驱动的球阀、磁力搅拌机构、温度测量及单片机计算与控制技术相结合,精确调节热水、冷水的混合量,从而得到温度可调节的混合水。研究成果也可以用于其它需要恒温水的场合。本研究结果具有显著的技术进步,有非常好的实际应用价值。
In order to ensure the precise crystallization temperature during the cooling process of the chocolate flurry, the paper studied a kind of digital intelligent temperature control mixing device, which produced the temperature adjustable and temperature controlled precision temperature in the process of the chocolate thermostat. Water is used in chocolate thermostat. The device will stepper motor-driven ball valve, magnetic stirring mechanism, temperature measurement and single-chip computing and control technology combined to accurately adjust the hot water, cold water mixture, so as to get the temperature adjustable mixed water. Research results can also be used for other occasions where constant temperature water is required. The results of this study have significant technological progress and have very good practical value.
