摘要
伴随着计算机技术和网络技术的同步发展,传统的单一化人事管理机制已经不能适应时代发展的趋势,企业要结合大数据时代的特征和数字化信息应用,建立更加健全多元化的人事管理信息平台。本文对企业人事管理信息化的时代必然性进行了简要分析,并着重讨论了基于SOA架构的人事管理信息平台的设计过程,旨在为企业人事管理部门提供更加有价值的参考建议。
With the development of computer technology and network technology, the traditional single personnel management mechanism already can not adapt to the development trend of the times, enterprises should combine with the characteristics of the era of big data and application of digital information, establishing more perfect diversified personnel management information platform. In this era of personnel management of information enterprise necessity were analyzed briefly, and discusses the design process of the personnel management information platform based on SOA framework, which alms to provide more valuable advice for the personnel departments of enterprise management.
