摘要
碳纤维因其优良的综合性能而用作树脂基体的增强相。其复合材料凭借其优异的性能特征,在日常生活中应用十分广泛,但由于碳纤维表面化学性呈惰性,缺乏具有化学活性的官能团,与复合基体的粘结性较差,因此必须对碳纤维进行表面改性处理,以提高其与树脂基体的界面结合能力。综述了国内外关于碳纤维表面改性技术的研究进展,概述了常规改性方法和新型改性方法如等离子处理法、能量束处理法和稀土处理法等改性方法对碳纤维增强复合材料性能的改性效果并分析了这些方法的优缺点。
The carbon fiber is used as the reinforcing phase of resin matrix due to its excellent comprehensive properties.Its composite material depend on its excellent performance has a very wide range of application in the daily life. But due to the chemical inertness of carbon fiber surface,and the lack of activity of chemical functional groups,it has poor adhesive with composite matrix. Therefore,it is necessary to surface modification of carbon fiber,in order to improve the binding capacity interface with the matrix resin. The research progress of carbon fiber surface modification technology at home and abroad was reviewed. An overview was proposd that the conventional modified method and model modification methods such as plasma processing method,energy beam processing method,rare earth treatment method and modified method of carbon fiber reinforced. The effect of modification on the properties of composite materials was studied and analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of these methods.
