摘要
采用传统的高温熔融淬火法制备了具有高效可见荧光发射的铕(Eu^(3+))掺杂硼酸盐荧光玻璃。测量了样品的吸收光谱、激发光谱和发射光谱。利用Judd-Ofelt理论计算样品的Judd-Ofelt参数分别为Ω_2=9.22×10^(-20)cm^2、Ω_4=5.53×10^(-20)cm^2、Ω_6=1.41×10^(-20)cm^2。并进一步计算了Eu^(3+)在荧光硼酸盐玻璃基质的自发辐射跃迁几率、振子强度、荧光分支比及荧光寿命等光谱参数。激发光谱分析表明样品的激发波长与LED芯片发射波长一致。发射光谱分析表明在394nm激发下样品发出明亮的红色光。
Eu^3+ doped borate glasses with high effective visible fluorescence emission were synthesized via a conventional melt-quenching and annealing technique. The absorption,excitation and emission spectra of sample were measured. Judd-Ofelt parameters were calculated from the absorption spectrum and the values were Ω2= 9. 22 × 10^-20,Ω4= 5. 53 × 10^-20 and 1. 41 × 10^-20cm^2,respectively. Then the spontaneous transition rate,oscillator strengths,branching ratio and intrinsic lifetime were further discussed. Excitation spectrum analysis showed that the excitation wavelength of sample was consistent with the emission wavelength of LED chip. Under excitation of 394 nm,Eu^3+doped borate glasses emitted bright red light.
