摘要
通过化学沉降法,采用4种不同的方案,在六钛酸钾晶须(K_2Ti_6O_(13),PTW)表面包覆纳米碳酸钙(CaCO_3)。在相同包覆量下,产品通过EMS、EDS、XRD、FT-IR、UV-Vis、Zeta电位表征手段进行表征。实验结果表明,这4种实验方案都可以成功制备CaCO_3/PTW;并且通过CaCl_2-2NH_3·H_2O-CO_2体系能制备出更为理想的CaCO_3/PTW。
The nanometer calcium carbonate was coated on potassium titanate whiskers( PTW) surface( CaCO3/PTW) by four different chemical deposition methods for the first time. The obtained samples were characterized by scanning electron microscopy( SEM),X-ray energy dispersive spectroscopy( EDS),X-ray diffraction( XRD),fourier transform infrared( FT-IR) spectroscopy,UV-Vis spectroscopy and Zeta potential. The results confirmed that the four kinds of experimental programs can successfully prepared CaCO3/PTW. Additionally,it was found that the CaCl2-2NH3·H2O-CO2 system could produce more ideal CaCO3/PTW in the same amount of coating.
