摘要
以颜料为芯材,以海藻酸钠和β-环糊精为壳体,以戊二醛作固化剂,利用喷雾装置,制得颜料微胶囊材料。采用扫描电镜(SEM)对微胶囊的表面形态进行研究和分析。结果显示,制得的颜料微胶囊表面光滑致密,颗粒分散均匀,平均粒径为3.7742μm。颜料的包封率均在90%以上。使用该颜料微胶囊制得的涂料稳定性好,其耐水性、耐擦洗、热储存性能均高于普通色浆涂料。
The pigment microcapsule was prepared by a spraying technique,using pigment as core,sodium alginate and beta cyclic dextrin as shell,as well as glutaraldehyde as a scross-linking agent. The surface morphology of microcapsules was studied by scanning electron microscopy( SEM). The results showed that the surface of prepared microcapsules was smooth and density.The dispersion of particles was even. The average size of particles was 3. 7742μm. The entrapment efficiency for microcapsules reached 90%. The microcapsules had good stability,water resistance,scrub resistance and heat storage. This performances were higher than ordinary paste.
