摘要
以四甲基哌啶胺、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮和三聚氯氰为原料,合成了具有抗菌和抗紫外双功能的反应型整理剂4-(4-氯-6-(2,2,6,6-四甲基-4-氨基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-氧基)-2-羟基苯基苯甲酮(UV-DTHM-TMPA),产物的结构用红外光谱、核磁表征。该产物应用于棉织物的整理工艺为:在pH=9的碳酸钠溶液中40℃下浸渍30min,两浸两轧并烘干后在2%(质量分数,以织物质量为基准)UV-DTHM-TMPA的整理液中60℃下浸渍30min,两浸两轧后焙烘(160℃)5min。经过整理后棉织物紫外线防护因子(UPF)值达到42,且织物皂洗30次后UPF值基本恒定在21,具有良好的抗紫外性能。织物在5min内能完全杀死浓度为6.10×10~5cfu的大肠杆菌,10min完全杀死浓度为6.50×10~5cfu的金黄色葡萄球菌。紫外光照射氯化后的织物12h后其含氯量保有率接近50%左右,其抗菌稳定性显著提高。
A new antibacterial bifunctional UV absorber,4-( 4-chloro-6-( 2,2,6,6-tetramethyl-4-amino)-1,3,5-triazin-2-yloxy)-2-hydroxyphenyl benzophenone( UV-DTHM-TMPA) was synthesized with cyanuric chloride,tetramethyl piperidine amine and 2,4-dihydroxy-benzophenone,and characterized by FT-IR and NMR. Then the cotton fabrics was coated with UV-DTHM-TMPA by the pad-dry-curing process. Beriefly,the fabric was dipped in the pH = 9 sodium carbonate solution for 30 min at 40℃ with two dips and two pads. After dried and dipped in the 2% of UV-DTHM-TMPA finishing liquid for 30 min at 60℃ with two dips and two pads,the fabrics was baked at 160℃ for 5min. After modified with UV-DTHM-TMPA,UPF value of cotton fabric increased to42. And after 30 washing cycles,the UPF was kept at 21,which still showed strong anti-UV activities. The antimicrobial test showed that the chlorinated UV-DTHM-TMPA-coated cotton fabrics could inactivate 6. 10 × 10^5 cfu of E. coli O157∶ H7 and 6. 50 × 10^5 cfu of S. aureus within 5min and 10 min,respectively. After exposing to UV irradiation with 12 hours,the retention rate of chlorine content in the fabrics was about 50% which showed great UV light stability.
