摘要
为了解决烟叶烘烤过程烟煤燃烧不充分、烘烤效率低等带来的污染,通过热力学理论计算,并在家用空调系统上进行更换压缩机、制冷剂等关键部件,改造成空气源热泵烤烟设备,在实验室测试验证,实验数据与理论计算相符合,进一步在烟草生产基地进行了实际烟叶试烤实验。研究表明,利用空气源热泵对烟叶烘烤具有可行性,并有节能减排的效果。另外,对该效果的控制参数进行优化,有可能实现自动烘烤,减小烟农的工作强度。
In order to solve the air pollution problem due to insufficient combustion of coals and low efficient baking process during tobacco baking, thermo-dynamic theoretical calculations are taken, and experiments are done in which different compressors and refrigerants and other critical components are used to change residential air-conditioners into air-source heat-pumps for tobacco baking facilities. The experimental results correspond with theoretical calculations, and further real tobacco baking are carried out in real tobacco manufacturing base. All these results show the feasibility of tobacco baking using air-source heat-pumps, as well as the energy-saving and environment--friendly effect. Besides, By optimizing the controlling parameters, auto-baking which can reduce the working strength of tobacco workers, is accessible.
