摘要
针对我国土壤环境质量分区管理的重大需求,基于土壤重金属背景值与地球化学值及有机物等污染物信息的数据挖掘、空间叠置与验证分析,阐述了全国土壤环境质量现状与空间格局;通过全国尺度土壤环境质量形成机制分析,构建了以土壤环境质量评价为核心的区划指标体系,提出了土壤环境质量区划方案,将我国划分为4个一级区,22个二级区,57个三级区,为我国土壤环境功能区划制定与区域风险防控提供了科学依据.
Soil environmental quality regionalization of China is significant for soil environmental management.In this paper,the spatial pattern of soil environmental quality of China is analyzed on the basis of data mining,spatial overlay and verification of background values of soil heavy metals,geochemical values of heavy metals and organic pollutant content.The index system of soil environmental quality regionalization is established according to the formation mechanism of regional soil environmental quality.The proposed draft of soil environmental quality regionalization includes 4 first-class regions,22 second-class regions and 57 third-class regions.The results provide scientific basis for the formulation of soil environmental function regionalization and prevention and control of regional risk in China.
